When redeeming e-vouchers online for products available via, you will be required to give the serial number of the voucher, and the online security code available on your e-voucher. If you have to return goods you have purchased online using e-vouchers, then in most instances we will credit your online shopping account against further purchases. You may also return goods to any John Lewis shop. This does not affect your statutory rights.
