Marie Curie Nurses provide care and support for those with a terminal illness and their family, in their own home, when needed the most, day or night. Our 9 hospices are at the heart of communities around the UK. And our trained volunteers and advisers are here for you with practical information and support when you don’t know what to do next or just need to talk. These services can be accessed through our information and support line and a bereavement support line. We’ll be here for you and your family when you may feel like no-one else is, to help you cope when you don’t know how.
Every 5 minutes someone in the UK dies without getting the care and support they need at the end of their life. 3 out of 4 people who die will need palliative care. We exist to challenge those statistics and help change people’s end of life experience.
We’ll be by your side with care and support every step of the way, bringing light in the darkest hours. www.mariecurie.org.uk
