In-store
- Accepted at participating stores only.
- This Selfridges eGift can be printed or displayed on a smartphone for in-store use.
- Maximum 30 gift cards per transaction in-store.
Exclusions
The following departments do not accept Selfridges Gift Cards:
Selfridges Manchester Trafford Centre – Pret A Manger;
Selfridges Manchester Exchange – Louis Vuitton and the San Carlo restaurants; and
Selfridges Birmingham – Pret A Manager.

Gift Cards can be used to purchase products in all of Selfridges’ stores and via the Platforms. Gift Cards cannot be redeemed via telephone or mail-order or be used as payment or part payment to a Selfridges account card. Gift Card may not be used to purchase further Gift Cards or to purchase products, services or experiences purchased through third parties via the Platforms.
You may use a Gift Card to make purchases online via the Platforms in pounds sterling only. A maximum of thirty (30) Gift Cards may be used in one transaction in any of our stores. A maximum of five (5) Selfridges Gift Cards may be used in one transaction on the Platforms. If your order is denominated in any other currency other than pounds sterling, or if your order is to be delivered to the United States, you cannot pay via a Gift Card.
Selfridges may refuse to accept, and we may block the use of, any Gift Card where we have grounds to suspect any fraud or other criminal or inappropriate behaviour.
A Gift Card is not a cheque guarantee, credit or charge card and cannot be exchanged for cash.
You should treat your Gift Card as cash. We cannot replace lost or stolen Gift Cards or refund the balance of a Gift Card used without your permission. If your Gift Card becomes accidentally damaged or if you have any issues with using your Gift Card, please contact Selfridges' Customer Services or call 0800 123 400 (+44 207 160 6222 from overseas).
You may not resell any Gift Card.
Purchases of Gift Cards loaded with a high value (which shall be determined in Selfridges’ sole discretion) with cash, we may undertake customer due diligence checks. We may refuse purchases of Gift Cards where we are not satisfied with the outcome of any such checks.
